Earning PKR Points in Tournaments
You earn 100 PKR points for every $1 that you pay in tournament fees. For example, if you play in a $5 + $0.50 tourney you would receive 50 PKR points.
Earning PKR Points in Cash Games
In cash games you earn 1 PKR point for every $0.01 of rake that was contributed by you. Your contribution to the rake is calculated by dividing the amount of the pot that you contributed by the total amount of the pot. This percentage is then multiplied by the total rake taken from the hand in order to determine how many PKR points you have earned. For example, say you contribute $20 into a $50 pot that raked $2.50. You would receive 40% of the 250 available PKR points, which would equal out to you receiving 100 points.
Expiry
The $5 free bonus expires after 24 hours, while the 100% up to $150 and the 125% up to $500 bonuses expire after 60 days. Any part of the bonus that you haven’t cleared after this time will be lost.
How Does the PKR Bonus Compare To Other Poker Rooms?
The 100% up to $150 has a value back of $0.33 for every $1 paid in rake, while the 125% up to $500 has a value back of $0.25 for every dollar paid in rake. These are about the industry standard. The fact that the bonus is paid out in reasonable increments also goes along with the industry standard, as does the 60 day period to clear the bonus.
